  • Skill Requirements

    Completing a 50 yard length of any competition stroke without stopping or touching the bottom of the pool

  • Necessary Equipment

    Well-fitting swimsuit (men are encouraged to wear briefs or jammers rather than boardshorts or baggy styles)
    Goggles
    Swim cap*
    Water bottle or other similar container

    *A swim cap isn't required but is strongly recommended to keep hair out of your face if it is longer than a few inches.
